We offer a range of sports equipment for Football, Pickleball, Cricket, and Badminton. You can rent or buy both individual items and curated bundles.
How long can a product be rented for?
You can rent products for durations ranging from 1 day to 1 month.
How does the return process work for rentals?
Equipment must be returned the following day between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM. We offer pickup services (charges may apply). Late returns will incur a penalty equal to the full rental price.
What happens if a product is damaged during rental?
If damage occurs during use, a penalty will apply. If the product is delivered damaged, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you offer product servicing or replacements during rentals?
Yes. We offer replacements for faulty products at the time of delivery. User-caused damage is subject to penalties.
Are there any late return charges or penalties?
Yes. Late returns may incur penalties. If the item is not returned within 48 hours without notice, it will be treated as a contract breach and may lead to legal action.
Can I try a product before buying it?
Yes! Rent the product first and if you like it, you can choose to purchase it afterward.
How do I join a community game or event?
Join our WhatsApp Community for your preferred sport. All games and events are announced there.
How do I stay updated on upcoming events?

Are the games beginner-friendly? Do you offer coaching?
Yes! Our games are suitable for all levels. A game host is present at each session to assist and guide players.
Are equipment provided at the games?
Yes, Sprentzo provides all the gear you’ll need—including shoes and sport-specific equipment.
Can I cancel a game booking? What is your reschedule or refund policy?
Bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule up to 12 hours before the game by contacting us directly.
