Delivery Areas & Timelines:

• Rentals (Bangalore Only):
  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM to addresses within a 15km radius of Shanthinagar, Bangalore.
  • Orders outside this radius or placed after 12:00 PM: Next business day delivery.
• Purchases (Pan-India):
  • Standard Items:
    • Bangalore: 1–2 business days.
    • Other Cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Customized Items:
    • Require 5–7 additional business days for production before shipping.
    • Non-refundable/non-returnable once production begins (see Returns Policy).

Customization Terms:

• Includes personalized engravings, color requests, or special packaging.
• Cancellation window: 24 hours post-order. After this, changes incur a 50% fee.

Shipping Charges:

• Rental deliveries within 15km: Free. Beyond 15km: Calculated at checkout.
• Purchase shipping: Location-based (displayed at checkout).
