By renting or purchasing equipment from Sprentzo, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
All customers must provide valid government-issued ID proof to rent sports equipment.
All bookings and purchases must be made through the Sprentzo web or mobile app.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
Some items may require a refundable security deposit, payable at the time of rental pickup or delivery.
Customers are expected to use all equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose.
Any damage due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions will be the customer's responsibility.
Product color, finish, or branding may vary from images shown. However, performance and quality remain uncompromised.
Rental duration begins and ends as scheduled in your booking.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition (normal wear and tear accepted).
Late returns may result in a penalty of 50% of the rental fee.
Full refund for cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
Partial refund or cancellation fee if cancelled once product is dispatched.
No refund for cancellations made within 2 hours of the start time.
Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 4 hours before your booking, subject to availability.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
By using Sprentzo equipment, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and accept full responsibility.
Sprentzo Sports Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during equipment use.
We strive to fulfill all bookings. In the rare case of unavailability, we will provide a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
Customers must follow the rules of the venue/facility they are playing at. Failure to comply may lead to rental termination without refund.
We collect minimal personal information for operational use only. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
All official updates (including changes, cancellations, and offers) will be communicated via email, app notifications, or WhatsApp from official Sprentzo accounts.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Applies to participation in community games, events, or sessions hosted by Sprentzo.
Participants must uphold respect, fairness, and inclusivity.
Aggressive, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior is grounds for removal from the community.
We request all players to arrive on time. Late entries may not be allowed into matches and may affect team balance.
All players voluntarily participate in physical activity and assume full responsibility for their health.
Sprentzo is not liable for injuries or medical emergencies during gameplay.
If Sprentzo gear is used during a game, participants are responsible for maintaining it with care.
Damaged gear may incur charges as per our product terms.
By joining any Sprentzo session, you grant permission for photos or videos featuring you to be used across our social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
If you wish to opt out, please inform our team in advance.

Sprentzo reserves the right to alter game formats, timing, or locations due to weather, operational challenges, or safety concerns.
