Returns & Exchange Policy

Rentals:

  • Return Time: By 12:30 PM the day after delivery. Late returns incur a 50% penalty.
  • Condition:
    - Acceptable: Minor scuffs (normal wear and tear).
    - Penalty: Cracks, breaks, or significant damage (assessed by Sprentzo).

Purchases:

  • Standard Items:
    - Return window: 7 days (unused, original packaging).
    - Customer covers return shipping.
  • Customized Items: Non-returnable (exceptions only for defects).

Process:

  1. Email hello@sprentzo.com with order details.
  2. Refunds processed in 5–7 business days post-inspection.

Time Frame Understanding

  • Rentals:
    - 1-day rental = 24 hours from delivery time.
    - Multi-day rentals end by 12:30 PM on the final day.

  • Processing Times:- Refunds: 5–7 business days.
    - Support Responses: Within 24 hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM).

Refund Policy

  • Rentals:
    - Full refund if cancelled 4+ hours before delivery.
    - No refund if cancelled within 2 hours.

  • Purchases:
    - Standard items: Full refund if returned within 7 days (unused).
    - Customized items: No refunds post-production (24-hour cancellation window).

  • Method: Refunded to original payment method only.

Credit Policy

  • No Store Credit: All refunds issued to original payment method.
  • Exceptions: Failed refunds will be resolved via constomer contact
