Delete Your Sprentzo Account
If you would like to permanently delete your Sprentzo account and associated personal data, you can request deletion using one of the following methods.
Option 1 – From the App (Recommended)
Open the Sprentzo app.
Go to Profile → Help & Support → Delete Account.
Confirm your deletion request.
Option 2 – Contact Support
If you cannot access the app, email us at:

Please send the request using the email address registered with your Sprentzo account or include your registered mobile number (used for OTP login).
What data will be deleted?
When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete:
Your account profile
Name
Email address
Phone number
Booking history (where legally permissible)
Rewards and loyalty points
Preferences and account settings
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained for up to 90 days (or longer if required by applicable law) for:
Fraud prevention
Security investigations
Financial and tax compliance
Legal obligations
Backup recovery
After the retention period, this data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are normally completed within 7 days.
