Returns & Exchange Policy
Merchandise:
- Return window: 7 days (unused, original packaging)
- Exchange window: 10 days (unused, original packaging)
- Customer covers return shipping.
Paddles:
- No returns for paddles
- Exchange window: 10 days (unused, original packaging)
Process:
- Email hello@sprentzo.com with order details (Order number, Request type - Return or Exchange, Reason for request)
Time Frame Understanding
- Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days post-inspection
- Support Responses: Within 24 hours (Mon - Sat, 9 AM - 6 PM).
Refund Policy
- Full refund if returned within 7 days (unused)
- Refunded to the original payment method only
Credit Policy
- No Store Credit: We will issue all refunds to the original payment method.
