Sprentzo Warranty – Terms & Conditions
ON US
- Structural defects in the frame, core, or body
- Faulty bonding, delamination, or adhesive failure
- Loose or failed components that weren't caused by use
- Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
NOT ON US
- Wear and tear. Every product ages. Scratches, scuffs, and surface marks from regular use are part of the game, not a defect.
- Abuse and negligence. Products that have been dropped, overloaded, mishandled, or used beyond their intended purpose aren't covered.
- Modification. Once you alter, repair, or tamper with the product after purchase it's yours to own, fully.
- Graphic fading. Colours and graphics naturally evolve over time and with exposure. That's not a failure.
- Wrong ball, wrong target. Our paddles are built for pickleballs. Hitting the ground, walls, other paddles, or anything else can weaken the structure or loosen the trim and that's not something we can stand behind.
- Second-hand ownership. The Sprentzo warranty is a promise to the person who bought it from us. It doesn't transfer.
- Unauthorized sellers. If it didn't come from our website, app, official venue partners, or verified retail stores we can't verify what you received. The warranty won't apply. Check our authorised seller list before you buy.
HOW TO CLAIM
- Register your product within 30 days of purchase. Drop us a photo of the issue and your order number at hello@sprentzo.com we'll respond within 48 hours.
- Straight up, no cheat codes on this one just honest gear, honestly backed.
